Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders from Sweden after processing is completed. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs:
Sweden
Delivery time: 2–5 business days
Shipping cost: 69 SEK
European Union
Delivery time: 5–14 business days
Shipping cost: 218 SEK
International (outside the EU)
Delivery time: 7–21 business days
Shipping cost: 174 SEK
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, postal services, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delays and Shipping Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lianel & Art Ornament Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
